Kelly Gibas co-owns Family Fitness in Maple Grove, MN where she specializes in client health education and the preventative strategy implementation for crisis concerns such as: insulin resistance, Metabolic Syndrome, diabetes, obesity, PCOS, estrogen dominance, and eating disorders. She functions in a liaison relationship with various health care providers to bring real time monitoring for at risk clients. Kelly authors the Newsletter, a monthly educational review on preventative health and fitness; is circulated nationwide. She has been a national conference speaker presenting lectures on the physiology of eating related disorders. Kelly also speaks in area high schools and colleges. She has a B.A. in communications / technical writing and is currently pursuing her post graduate degree in Health Sciences. Kelly lives in Elk River, MN with her husband, Jeff, and their four children.

Julie Gomer co-owns Family Fitness in Maple Grove, MN. Her core expertise lies in finance, administration, and operations. Julie is responsible for all aspects of financial management, operations management, strategic business planning, market identification, strategic alliances, and personnel development. She received her BS in Education/Business from the University of Nebraska, and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. Julie has written and published a comprehensive educational curriculum, which includes three textbooks.

EXECUTIVE MANAGER OF TRAINING

Steve Moore, full scholarship football player, University of Minnesota, leads training team and implements cutting edge training techniques unique to individual metabolic disorders such as insulin resistance and cortisol flooding. Steve received his MA in Kinesiology/Sport Management and BS in Kinesiology with a coaching minor from the University of Minnesota. He has earned four prestigious bowl game appearances, three varsity letters, and Academic All-Big Ten honors in ‘06’, ‘07 and ‘08.
